Not Worth the Hassle!

Definitely did not receive a professional service. I've hired from the company before and their service has definitely deteriorated. Things are not stored well and are dirty and damaged. We had to wash all of the chairs and napkins that we hired. We were also given damaged underplates, which we had to return at our own cost (this was an additional 3 hour trip and experience) as they couldn't be used for the function. I was told that they would provide an alternative however it was then unilaterally decided that they would rather refund me than do so. I was asked to make an immediate payment when I hired goods, however everytime when I follow up regarding the refund I'm lied to and told it was will be done today or tomorrow, its been the same story for days on end and still no refund. Won't be using the service again, it may work out as less of a hassle to buy goods for a small function, than to hire goods that still have to be cleaned and prepared and then not receive the full service as paid for!
