Adult res filled with obnoxious, loud people.
This is particularly about Walford Estate. What a disappointment, people who live here have no respect or consideration for one another. You will find cars blasting music in the parking lots at 5 am during the week. It’s parties week in, week out, and again, the noise goes beyond midnight. Loud, obnoxiousness old people . It doesn’t feel like an estate, more like neighbouring students. Security guards try to help but because management does nothing, people do as they want please. I regret buying here! If you value peace, look elsewhere.
