Bad flooring company and bad flooring experience

I pr chased bamboo flooring from Wannabi flooring last August and it was laid down by Millenium flooring. Shortly afterwards I noticed there were scratches as I live on my own do not own pets and am particularwith cleaning, I contacted Millenium who promised to come and see what the problem was. They never came I continued to contact them and again and again they promised to come. I then eventually contacted Wannabi who promised to contact me and sendout a technical team to date nothing had happened.

I personally would never recommend either company should you want a reliable after sales and company that backs up their products.
