Warren Du Plessis: fraudster & thief!!!
Don't deal with Warren Du Plessis. I signed a mandate with him for the letting out of my property. The mandate was signed in his capacity as agent for Property Fox however he took the tenants deposit, months rental, orientation fee, lease fee and ITC fee into his personal bank account and made excuses as to why he cant pay same over to me. When I contacted Property Fox, I was advised that they had no knowledge of this listing on their database. Warren acted fraudulently, he misrepresented himself and he stole the money. He has been reported to the relevant authorities so that he doesn't get away with this fraudulently activities again! Property Fox has been very helpful upon finding out about this ordeal. I just suggest you don't deal with Warren Du Plessis in any capacity!
