Quality service
Went to fill up our 2 water tanks the other day. The service was prompt friendly and the assistant even offered to carry the full tanks to our vehicle. I also got a pensioners discount for the total of 30 liters that we bought. Excellent service.

Quality service
Went to fill up our 2 water tanks the other day. The service was prompt friendly and the assistant even offered to carry the full tanks to our vehicle. I also got a pensioners discount for the total of 30 liters that we bought. Excellent service.

Negative review
Water Fountain Metlife- Service was terrible, workers were helping certain customers 'regulars' from the back of the queue. Workers were rude. They were conversating with one of the security guards while customers were waiting to be served. The old staff was great and the customer service was better.

Rotten service
I heard of water fountain through my friend but I'm afraid that the customer service is exactly the opposite of what she discribed. When we got to willow there was a long line and fewer staff that was not very friendly. When we got inside nobody offered help on where all the different bottles were. W decided to leave One tip hire people who knows customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Workers no masks no sanitizer.
I was shocked when I went to buy water at this outlet. Neither of the two young workers wore masks. Standing over the containers while filling it without masks. No sanitizer was available at the door. I find this totally unacceptable. I will not risk buying water there again.
