Good experience but terrible and inhuman reception from Phillipn
Had a great time at the Waterberg Game Park. Enjoyed our stay and the facilities. ******s were a problem as you can't open windows. There ia no network connection. What was worse ia bad attitude of receptionist named Phillip. Insensitive to people who are lost. Whilst trying to assist someone to locate venue he closed the reception door on our place without indicating that they are about to close. Just like a dog owner closes the house door or a dog not to enter. Did not look sober. Treated the security workers who asked dorre juice with disdain. Terrible and inhuman customer service from him. Otherwise the Game Park is great . The Game Drive and out super great female guide was exceptional, professional and pleasant. I will choose her again and again. But Phillip does not belong there

Waterberg Game Park
If you need rest for your soul, take time off, or just need to relax, Waterberg Game Park is the place to go. It is so quite, the stars are more bright, the birds are just amazing and you can rest your body and soul. The units are well kept and the staff is just wonderful. There is only Internet / Wifi at reception and that is absolutely a blessing. No traffic to upset the peaceful environment. Just peace and quiet. A big thank you to the staff and management. Waterberg Game Park
If you need rest for your soul, take time off, or just need to relax, Waterberg Game Park is the place to go. It is so quite, the stars are more bright, the birds are just amazing and you can rest your body and soul. The units are well kept and the staff is just wonderful. Horrible
The pool is very cold, the internet very slow and erratic. The bar owner increased prices to close to unaffordable. A very unpleasant individual who is in the wrong industry. R50 slush puppy normally R15.
