Poor service delivery

My Family booked accommodation at waterberg natuurpraal in melkrivier limpopo from the 14th of December until the 4th of January. On arival they did not even expected us and had to go and clean our chalets. we noticed that the 3 pools and jacuzzi were dirty and water was green and sand in the pool. The manager said the previous day the filter burst wich was the 13th. we are nou at the 28th and still the same. after emailing the owner and sending them a sms with complaints,<br> nothing was done. We have been suporting them since 2006 every year. and its very disappointing to see how every year everything just getting worst.
