Rustenburg Waterfall Mall just delivered Side Chillies that's off via Mr D. We are paying for decent and fresh food, Panarottis needs to look into this, we will be having running stomach.

I am a resident of Waterfall mall and unfortunately we only have the one mall that we can use. The others are not close by. The roads around the mall is a disgrace. Part from the tree roots you have to drive over, there is not lines. I was at the mall on Saturday and a driver just drove up in the wrong side of the road in the section between Jakalsdans and the undercover parking by the robot. Why, because there was no markings on the road to show that showed it's only a single lane. Then there is the bathrooms at Contempo that has a terrible smell. It would be nice to use bathrooms that is clean and nice smelling.

Not impressed with the service of studio 88 in waterfall mall in Rustenburg I bought 2 pair of shirts on the 30th and and on the 31st returned the other one as my friend bought me same thing at a different store and printed it. As I understand that no store can have an amount of R1200 in the till in the morning I decided to visit the store around 1pm they said I must come the following day at 2pm as they don't have cash, again I visit the store and same story I even requested an card refund they refuse. Can someone please clarify me on how things work in studio 88 because that's unprofessional

A bad service given and a bad attitude posed by an employee working at Game Waterfall Mall. His name is Kagiso apparently employed by Hisense at Game store. We reported our matter on the 12 April 2024 and 2 weeks later when we went to seek progress in terms of our claim we discovered he had done nothing about our matter. After several intervention from his ****orkers he came and gave us bad attitude. We were assisted by his colleague but we fill that people like Kagiso should not be working in retail industry where there is a high expectation of best customer service linked with hospitality. We need the store to deal decisively with Kagiso and feedback to given.

Pick and pay waterfall mall butchery ****med me, I bought 4 tray of Mutton, they put bones underneath and 2 slice to fresh meat on top to cover the bones, meat worth R700 got bones with the price of meat 😭😭😭, see me buy in pick and pay ever again 😭😭😭

worst experience i came to kfc on the 14/09/2023 i found a lady named Edith. she took my order, card decline and we retried cash went through l didnt receive my slip and they said my order can not be processed since tne slip didn't come through. i have been waiting for more than qn hour and thwy left me there when the manager got here. was supposed to be at work by 7:30... am told to wait for 48 hours for a refund that moment 45 learners are waiting for their food

Customer service at this branch is very deliberate!This is the third time that she does not assist and just stand looking att you as you are a sheep!She completely ignores you!I would like Dischem to check on cameras as this is giving the shop a bad name!I would like Dischem to contact me as this is resulting people not ordering items on line!

Nedbank waterfall mall staff are very excellent. Since I bank with nedbank. I never see problems. I loam happy with nedbank. Will like to send all my appreciation to all the staff of nedbank, to the bank manager as well. My banker tsholo moyo. Iam appreciate your service. Keep it it up.
