Hi I am a third year student at Waterfall School of Business (Oxbridge Academy. I need to register for my N6 Exams and am struggeling to receive support from them. The telephone numbers does not connect and when I sent e-mails they just return with e-mails saying the ticket has been resolved, then I need to log another ticket. I also am logged out of the student portal without any assistance or contactactable numbers for support. Please contact me and lets make this very unhappy student a happy one again. My son tried to stop his studies they came back with a settlement amount, we explained what we can pay and asked for bank details. We have been sending follow up emails but nobody is responding. Now they are sending us emails for being handed over for a bigger amount. This school is pathetic and I would not advise anyone to do any studies through them,

I am currently in my second year of studying with Waterfall School of Business (previously known as Oxbridge Academy), and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Hannes has been absolutely amazing throughout my time here. He is always eager to assist, incredibly efficient, consistently helpful, and always with a friendly attitude!!! Whenever he is unavailable, he refers me to Logan, who is equally fantastic!!! Both of them have been extremely supportive and helpful with every single question I’ve had. They truly go out of their way to ensure that all queries are answered thoroughly and clearly. The feedback provided is always well explained, which really minimizes any chance of miscommunication and makes the learning process so much smoother!!!! They have made my study experience an absolute breeze, and I can highly recommend their service to anyone considering studying with WSB.

Our daughter enrolled for a three-year National Diploma course in Tourism Management in March 2020. She successfully completed all academic and administrative requirements, yet six years later she is still waiting for her National Diploma. All required documentation was submitted in full and on time, but ongoing delays, lack of feedback, and poor communication from DHET (Department of higher education) have resulted in extreme frustration and serious setbacks to her academic and professional career. These delays are unacceptable and deeply concerning. The staff at Waterfall School of Business are trying to help but not doing enough to help the students. Something better must be done. Students invest significant time, effort, and money into their studies, and deserve timely processing. We strongly believe that prospective students should be CLEARLY informed upfront about the long delays currently experienced with DHET, so they can make informed decisions before enrolling. We are very dissapointed. Don't get me wrong, Oxbridge Acadamy (now Waterfall School of Business) is great to study at but there is no point in doing so if you are waiting so long for your exam results, certificates, and/or diplomas. Wish we enrolled her somewhere else. Hopefully something can be done in future to make it better for the students.

I have registered with them and follow the process as per request and then I was failing to get my assignments and the person who assistant me to enroll couldn't help or reply my email then I wrote an email complaining and my matter was attended by Logan He help me within a space of 120 seconds he's the best I wish anyone who's willing to enroll with them must ask for Logan all your problem will be his and will solve them asap Thank you u are the best continue doing great for thr institution
