Waterhouse Guest Lodge
Very unhappy about my experience at Waterhouse guest lodge in Muckleneuk. I was greeted by a care taker who was tipsy. I'm a non smoker and My room was smelling like smoke. The caretakers weren't of help when I needed something and I felt that my safety was at risk as they were drinking on the premises and assisting guests while drunk.

Canceled booking
My booking got canceled with no given reason. They didn't have the decency to call and all the response I got was "we can't assist". In all the traveling I've done this is the worst management I've seen.
