Unfair treatment towards employees

I would like to sent in a complaint on behalf of my spouse. He has been working for VRH Power under the umbrella of WBHO for a very long time now in Middelburg Cape,but recently they have been getting new HR managers and bosses and ever since the Management board changed they are not getting paid their proper salaries and it's been 3months now that their salaries have been paid half. This month May 2025, they haven't even gotten paid yet,pay day is the 25th and its the 26th already. WBHO has a riot going on at the construction site not allowing people to enter to work which is separate from VRH Power, but somehow WBHO guys got paid and not VRH Power. Their boss name is Sarel and the second incharge is Sean who is busy with payroll. This is unfair treatment. Could you please investigate this matter.
