Most unprofessional service

I went to We fix cars in Centurion on Thursday 29/11/2024 and had the worst experience ever, firstly the owner said he will charge me R600 for an hour to change my car Aircon, his staff member took all the covers out on the right hand side of the car and the Aircon is under the dashboard on the left side of the car. The owner said he will charge me 1 and a half hours as it is a big job and yet his staff wasted time taking covers out from the wrong side, I went there at 10 and they only finish at 2 and after 4 hours of waiting the owner said I need to bring the car back next week as the Aircon is still not working. The guy working on my car took out my covers from my speakers that were in the door and I don't understand what the speaker covers had to do with the Aircon, he also left lose wires hanging under the steering wheel which was not there when I took the car to them, I sent the owner a message on Friday about my unsatisfied service and he did not reply today. My biggest problem is I paid R950 for them to connect the Aircon and after 4 hours I still need to take it to someone so it can be fixed for the second time after paying the first time for nothing. If they couldn't fix it he should have told me in the first place so I could have taken it to a place that could fix it. Please be careful when you take your car to We fix cars in Centurion cos disappointment will follow as they take your money even if they cannot fix your car.
