Worst Travel Agency - DO NOT USE

I have never written a bad review in my life... but just felt I had too with this company so that no one else has to go through the same experience. Worst travel agency ever. Expect delayed responses & horrible communication...if you are lucky you will get an email reply after every third email you have sent and someone picks up after every 5th call you have made. Had x3 price increases after initial quote (without changing any arrangements from our side). Week before trip, still no flights were booked.
