Agent Carol Hayward did no management during my lease because, and in her words, my mother and I didn’t have tea with her to confirm all was okay?? At the end of my lease I requested the entry inspection to which she produced someone else’s and posed it as mine, even dating it the same time that I moved in. When I called her out for ***** she admitted that she had lost the documents… absolutely poor representation of any company to have an agent like this.
