Terrible Insurance Company

Terrible insurance company, its almost 2 years since i have asked for my money to refunded back to me i was told there are audits been done on the company and once all is done members will be refunded back. I am still awaiting no one answers back to the emails i send. When you call you wait and wait and no one answers the phone.
