THE WORST ORGANIZATION EVER!!! EXPLOITATION, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. How does this company even operate to date? Where do they find their representatives!! Such a scam!! Me and thousand others regret ever supporting this organisation. Puseletso from WealthNet which was formally in Centurion Mall now 306,  Soutter Str. Pretoria West are the worst, liars, scam artists, full of nonsense. The company is MIA, their numbers do not work, sometimes non-existent, offices always relocating around PTA. I joined with my cover in 2015 to date, wanted to add both my parents to the cover around November 2016, couldn't find a single representative to assist me, late April 2017 I only received a call back from Puseletso after several calls and emails to add both my parents, eventual gave their details only to lose my dad August 2017, I had to make my way to their office, waited an hour for Puseletso only to be told my documents are still with admin waiting to be processed!??!?!! After telling them to not process anything, I am done, representative still went on to debit my account for three members regardless of me telling them of my dad’s passing, how does one do that? Heartless!! To date I have never heard from them, nor received a contract agreement via email almost two years later!!

Pathetic, disappointing service!!!!
