Dear Sir
We thank you for your feedback and confirm having looked into you complaints as well as having contacted you telephonically to discuss the issue.
As explained, we as attorneys have a fiduciary duty to act both in the best interests and in accordance with the instructions of our client . We have to this extent requested final confirmation from client and will provide you with a progress report pertaining to the debt in question as soon as same is at hand.
We however submit that it is not unreasonable to afford our client (taking into account the procedures and policies to which it is subject) a reasonable opportunity to compute and quantify your long outstanding indebtedness, the full extent of which we will for (confidentiality reasons) not elaborate on in this public forum.
We however undertake to keep you abreast of the progress herein.
Yours faithfully
The Weavind Team
Best regards,
