Unethical& False Services

I am simply amazed on how bad and how unethical Lawyers can be. So me & my wife buy a home and Weavind & Weavind are allocated as attorneys to assist with our papers regarding the bond. We are well aware of the attorneys being elected as Weavind & Weavind Inc. We are never contacted about any finances as we are under the impression that they are being paid via our bond. We go and sign and set the end the Candidate Attorney at the end slowly pushed thier quote of more than R25 000.00 to me and asked are you going to pay now or later!!!! Unethical, poor conduct! Lawyers are as they say skelm! Why in the world did they not inform us about thier fees two months ago??????
