I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the level of service I have received from your company. My account was downgraded to 55/25 in July 2024 and I was supposed to pay R569.00 monthly, but the company charged me R819.00. Your company has overcharged me with R2750.00. When requesting a credit Shaista H says they cannot log credits they need proof that I requested the downgrade and that it was not changes made by the FNO. How would I have the rate if it was not given to me. This company is a disgrace how they go about robbing the pensioners who can't stand up for themselves. You should just close your doors. I have subscribed to Webmail for several years. 6 months ago they decided to charge for their services - having all of my info via WEBMAIL, I was compelled to remain and pay for the 6 month charged service. Last week they debited my account - no prior reminder or notification. I logged a support query with them advising that I did not require the service as there were various options on free such services, and I had subscribed to already. This was not a debit - it went off as a card purchase. They immediately removed my access to the account, but no refund on the amounts taken. NIL response to the queries to them. The subs are paid upfront. This is typical of rogue-like behavior!!!! I will take this further.

Webmail is owned by Fjordmail International AS. Webmail SA are the most USELESS, PATHETIC business operators I've ever come across. DO NOT upgrade and pay for their email service.
