Absolutely worst service on wifi!
I honestly will not recommend These people!!! Not only is the internet absolutely ****, but they dont send invoices and expect you to pay something they cant even send a simple invoice for. Then they expect you to pay a reconnection fee as well because you didnt pay on time because no invoice was sent from their side. Then even after paying a previous amount they say no reconnection because no reconnection fee so they wont reactivate wifi due to their mistake in the first place. When you query this on the whatsapp number they provide all they say is “please contact accounts on the next day”. I would never ever recommend these people.

10 Aug 2022, 06:36Good morning mam, your welcome to contact management regarding the misunderstanding. As per accounts an arrangement was made for the 5th the connection was only cut-off on the 8th at 10:00. Accounts only work office hours and they only received a proof of payment at 18:59 on the 8th, thus was unable to process your reconnection. In regards to the invoices as per your request a tax invoice was emailed to the supplied email address on the 29th July 15:31 and again on the 3th Aug 13:59.

Good morning mam, your welcome to contact management regarding the misunderstanding. As per accounts an arrangement was made for the 5th the connection was only cut-off on the 8th at 10:00. Accounts only work office hours and they only received a proof of payment at 18:59 on the 8th, thus was unable to process your reconnection. In regards to the invoices as per your request a tax invoice was emailed to the supplied email address on the 29th July 15:31 and again on the 3th Aug 13:59.

As per my emails i have emailed twice and no response so how should management be contacted if emails are ignored ?
Correction the cut of was made at 3am on the 9th. I can show you from my Side as we know exactly what time it went off. The arrangement was made as per request on invoice, i can go to my network provider and get you all emails from my domain in order so that you can see 0 emails was recieved.
Then to add all of it ontop i am being declined for reconnection as i am refusing to pay the reconnection fee as this was not my fault and payment was made before the wifi was cut off. I had full access to wifi on the 8th i even made the payment on wifi. So please make sure of your facts when pointing out certain things.
Once again NO invoice was recieved on any date! Also i shouldn’t request invoices it should be sent automatically as i have a contract stating it will be sent.
Please respond to emails rather then reviews.

Please check your spam folder if is isn’t lying there or alternatively contact Gmail and report the error on your side as proof was attached. According to the contract as per the terms and conditions you signed, at number 4.7, all payments has to be made on or before the 3rd of each month. You made arrangements for the 5th, by the 8th at 10:00 we only suspended the connection. We only went forward with the suspension process as no proof of payment was send to us by that time and no funds reflected in the account by that time. We did however receive a proof of payment from you at 18:59 on the 8th in which case accounts already left, there working hours is 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
