Bad service and attitude from store Manager webbers evaton mall Palesa
Yohhh im crom Evaton mall webbers to laybe a sneaker for my daughter the service that i jave received from Palesa store Manager was bad plus her attitude. A sneaker laybe price is R56.00 so i took a sneaker and went to the till where she was

I am not happy
Good day I brought a shoe yesterday so it does not fit me ,so I went to the store today for en exchange but the problem is that I lost the slip so when I got there the lady said if I want to exchange It must be on the same shoe, so I did not find another size of that same shoe so unfortunately I had to return with the shoe home.

I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the assistance that I got from Webbers Midrand. I bought 2 shirts and 2 trousers and then returned the shirt and your staff kept my old receipt. Now that I wanted to change the trouser to get a proper size 34 instead of a slimmy one. I was told to pay an extra R55 for the same trouser and your receipt and returns policy does not mention this

Just too bad their sizes are weird to start with as my partner wears a size 36 but both 36/38 don't fit and now I am told I can't get a refund but can get a voucher that is valid for 3months
