Great service
I used this company in 2022, twice for postcards and presentation folders, and received amazing service. I used them again this week, and the services are still good. They quickly emailed me proof to signoff, like they always do, and warned me that the images I uploaded weren't RGB—so the color on the proof might look different, but they still came out great. My flyers were finished first, so they shipped them off so long. Can't wait to get my postcards, The quality of the work looks good like always.

Great service

Unprofessional & *********
We have used Webprinter many times before, but will NEVER make use of their service again. -Their way of business is ********* and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. -They violate their own terms and conditions. -Their staff is extremely rude and *********** They refuse to refund an order that was explicitly cancelled before printing (multiple times), reason for cancelling was that queries about the order was never answered and the format could not be clarified

WEBPRINTER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & REFUSES TO REFUND
The company was apparently taken over last year. I had paid an amount of R2289.51. The funds were subsequently not used towards an order. When I called for a refund they said they were new owners and they cannot issue a refund, but the credit can be used for future orders. I have made an order and they have advised me that they are awaiting payment. From the time it takes to respond you can see that the company is no longer under the original owners. Do not use the company as the quality of customer service has obviously degenerated.

After having been a client of Webprinter for almost a decade, they changed ownership and their service *immediately* went down the tubes. So quite nervously I went with Printulu instead. OMW what an amazing experience! They did what was apparently much too difficult for Webprinter: got my super simple A5 flyers order correct; kept in touch every step of the way and delivered (early!) Big thanks!! Anyone thinking of placing an order with webprinter, I'd advise not. They were GREAT but sadly when ownership changed, so did service levels.

After having been a client of Webprinter for almost a decade, they changed ownership and their service *immediately* went down the tubes. So quite nervously I went with Printulu instead. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WEBPRINTER, OWNERS LEFT THE COUNTRY, ****!!
Placed an order with them and it seems they are Running a ****!! the previous owner has " LEFT THE COUNTRY" but the bank account is still active. Placed an order on the 18th it's the 7th and still no product.!! Phoned the ***** departments at NEDBANK and they confirmed that the account is flagged. If you are urgently looking for a printing company don't use Tandym or WEBPRINTER because these two companies are related... TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE EXCUSES UPON EXCISES. They hide behind emails, and even their team members are not aware of what is going on. Placed an order on the 18th it's the 7th today, and still no product. After numerous follow-ups one after the other problems arose and ( 0 ) was fixed...STAY AWAY !!! I'M WARNING YOU GUYS!!!

New Management and admin failing dismally
I have been using webPrinter for close to 2 years now and we've run projects smoothly, they closed shop for some reason and only to find out that they were changing management/owners. Since the new team came onboard things have been a mess, I depended heavily on their system which was very effective, Im a Graphic Designer and a reseller of their products, which means I work with specific deadlines and I expect my service providers to be on the ball at all times, they have really dropped the ball and Kim their new admin is the worst to deal with, she has absolutely no client etiquette and pretty much doesn't know what is going on. Shirley, the previous admin was great to work with and would engage regarding how far the Job is and what still needs to be done to get the job done. By far the most disappointing experience with this company, especially Kim.

Business no longer exists. They still processed payments but without delivery of goods. Their website only recently showed as "under construction". I now have to open a dispute with the bank to reverse the funds as I can't get hold of Webprinter.
