After being a loyal customer for over 12 years, even backing and supporting them when their servers went down for a week impacting my business, o received the most hostile, rudest treatment when trying to resolve an issue and then they blocked
After being a loyal customer for over 12 years, even backing and supporting them when their servers went down for a week impacting my business, o received the most hostile, rudest treatment when trying to resolve an issue and then they blocked.me.on their whatsapp number. The agent or I suspect owner was rude, hostile and abusive while I was trying to resolve a matter. What kind of service provider blocks their clients via their support channels especially clients who have been loyal since they started their business. I'm disgusted!
