Excellent service

I would highly recommend using them I ordered a kindle with no ads off takealot as a Christmas present for my wife it was meant to be delivered on the 14th of December but I received an email from takealot that they would not be able to deliver it and they would only be able to do deliver it on the 28th of December. As you can imagine I was quite upset however two days later I received a msg that they would be delivering to me on the 21st of December I was overjoyed. When I received my kindle from takealot there was a not left inside stating that the kindle I had received was one that did have ads however it also stated that they would be more than happy to exchange it for the one without ads or refund me the money to remove ads. They went out of their way to ensure that I received my kindle before Christmas and gave me options to get what I had originally ordered I am very impressed and happy with their service and would highly recommend using them for your kindle needs.
