From WeFix to WeBroke
I took my laptop to Wefix in Midrand (Waterfall). No real issue just needed a setting or something changed. Technician says there is something wrong with my USB C port and would quickly fix it. If only I had known!!! The excuses started! They need to buy a part can I come on Friday; then the technician has gone to Cape Town, then the technician took it home with. They give a loan laptop that just has problems - can’t get a word in before it crashes - blue screen and all. Finally the truth comes out. Technician has damaged the motherboard and I need to wait for next week whilst they source a motherboard. My laptop was as good as new. Nice thing I bought outside SA. I have nothing to use - surely they should be replacing it with something of equal value and condition? Silence.

WE FIX APPLIANCES - ******
They came to work on my Smeg and Elba ovens the day after I phoned them but when I had a problem afterwards they promised every time but never came back to me. After 4 weeks of phoning and promises they still haven't repaired my oven which is worst now than before they worked on it. Work on both ovens was just over R8000. ******* - DONT USE THEM!!!!!!

This company has zero business ethics and does not operate I good. They caused damage to our property when the driver drove into the security wall causing extensive damage to the safety gate. Frank made numerous promises to have the gate repaired, but a week later NOTHING happened and the safety of our property is still compromised. He **** and then ignored messages and phone calls.

A Crook operates this business. Do not pay them until your appliance has been up and running for a couple of weeks because they offer no warranty and won't return. I paid 3000 Rand for two fridge repairs and both failed within 2 days. Frank Petro denied he had given a warranty and refused to return.

never thought in my life i would get caught by scammers came out to repair a bar fridge leak and to re-gas we paid and fridge is not working. I will be laying charges, yet alone we work hard for our money William the conman (0619478330

Wefix is a joke. Do not use.
No Communication, Clearwater Branch closed mid repair - they didnt even notify customers. Then my phone got shipped to Woodmead branch. Took them 2 weeks to tell me "the parts are on back order". I took my phone elsewhere and got it fixed in 24h. Wefix took 2 weeks to refund me. Avoid this company like the plague. This company is a joke.

Conmen and should be in jail. Their "mark" are busy, trusting, white people on the whole and their modus operandi is to get into your house and start fixing also using a young kid who who should be be in school to be the appie'. Builds a sense of trust. Unfortunately they do their countrymen no favours (West African origin guys). Either way, such a pity. I'm olny R1500 out of pocket but others are deeper. avoid like the plague.
