Worst Service Delivery -Welkom Pies for Sale

The worst Service Delivery by the Manager. He should start treating all their customers equal. He must stop treating customers according to their colour skin. I believe if i was white he would of assisted me after the incident that took place at the shop. That shop has been standing for decades because of us their loyal customers. But if the Manager there is going to treat customers according to their colour skin then they will start loosing business.

I feel the owner of the shop must send that Manager to Customer Service/Delivery Training. He doenst know the concept of Batho Pele.
