FRAUD ALERT - WELLIES REFRIGERATION - MR WELLINGTON JATAME "FRANCIS"

On March 28, 2019, a gentlemen by the name of "Francis" of Wellies Refrigeration, claimed to have repaired our fridge / freezer combo and given an express waranty for a 12 month period.

Less than 7 days later, the fridge completely stopped working and caused a power outage.

I informed "Francis" about the malfunction last week on Thursday.

I spoke to "Francis" on Thursday last week, who promised to come out and have a look today.

Neither did he show up nor did he answer any of my calls.

When he finally did answer (I called from another number) he asked "who is calling" and than hang up.

WHEN I EMAIL HIM, HE STARTED TO THREATEN ME IN HIS REPLY.

THIS IS A SCAM - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The person claiming to be "Francis" is indeed Mr. Wellington Jatame.
