Disgusting service

9 months ago i asked WernerSat to move/install a TV in the other room. an employee by the name of Kallie (not a qualified person) came and 'installed' that Tv.. but no sound! He fiddled with wires (connecting a Lampwire with the Speakerwire!) fiddled with a remote controller, which had nothing to do with the TV, but with a Satellite receiver and I lost my programs from that Satellite receiver. Since then, i have phoned/visited them quite often.. but Mr Werner Never came out, never seen him, to solve a PROBLEM what his Employee caused.<br> I am (unfortunately) not the only one.. He is an AGENT for DSTV and STARSAT which i think is a big mistake!! His so called SERVICE is bad bad bad and disgusting.
