SCAM: West Pole/ Absolute Checks/ Smith Corps/ Instant Checks
THIS SCAM IS NOW CALLED INSTANT CHECKS. NEVER PAY R320 TO THESE SCAMMERS FOR FAKE BACKGROUND CHECKS. Good day, We received your application regarding the Office Administrator Position and we would like to inform you that your application has been approved via our Executive National Career Network (ENCN). This full time position is available within a successful property management company which is allowed to operate during the level 3 lockdown and you will receive a monthly salary of R13500 plus benefits and bonuses. (Weekly payment option also available). However before we finalize the entire process, the employers require a full and current background check and screening on your profile as this is now compulsory prior to the final job offer. Kindly note that as an agency, we do not provide this service and we would recommend Instant Checks South Africa to assist you as they have proven to be loyal, fast, professionals and reliable. If you want them to assist you, please send an email to: info@instantchecksouthafrica.co.za or instantchecksouthafrica@gmail.com requesting full information regarding the background Checks and Screening Process. Once we receive your background checks and screening results / outcomes report, we will then finalized the entire application process and you will be joining the company within the second week of August 2020. Alternatively if you can do it yourself, please do so and send us the results / outcomes report to: admin@executivenationalcareernetwork.co.za on or before the 1st August 2020. N.B: A police clearance does not work as proof of your background checks for employment purposes as it does not include your education, employment history & references checks. Scam
This is a major scam. I have been contacted by Executive Career Program (ECP Network). We have finalized the entire application process with the employers and everything is in order. However, the employers now require a recent (not older than three months) full profile background checks and screening on your profile before final job offer as now this is compulsory. There a few companies that are assisting with the background checks and if you're willing to do it yourself, kindly do it and send the proof of your background checks & screening to: admin@executivecareernetwork.co.za by Friday 20th March 2020. The screening was supposed to be done by West Pole, i googled them and found no results. Facebook and LinkedIn had no results. They didn't respond to any emails I've sent regarding the position. I used true caller to search for West Pole, and the name came up as Smith Corps. So West Pole changed names to Smith Corps. Smith corps came up as a scam on Hello Peter so luckily I've not made any payments to them.
