Very bad company
Very bad company towards their guards they are under paid when absent they deduct R500 no UIF and Provident fund. They say pay their guards on the 5th but mind you the payment get delayed I wish they can be caught

West rand security company is terrible.
Today I went to visit my girlfriend at elands rock estate in alberton and when I got to the boom gates the security asked me for my license they scanned it then scanned my car license then they acted like the was phoning for my girlfriend to press for me to come in but they never phoned anyone they just opened for me.Then when I was leaving I got to the boom gates the security by the name of buterlezi had a very big mouth and a lot to say with no respect what so ever.The man even told me straight he isn't scared to fight.they refuce to send me out like it was my fault that I never phoned. This is the worst security company I came across. I'm at the complex almost every day but the security team is so ****ing stupid,they can't take simple instructions they can ask you one thing 5 times. West rand security u guys are terrible I want everyone to see the service u providing. My name is Kumaren Padachy 0671496219

I have been using Westrand reaction unit as my security company for the household. Prices of the remotes are always double the prices everywhere else. I really thought they are taking advantage of me since I am a woman. I added a security beam and the technician made a hole on the drainage pipe and they had to remove it and make another hole. I have been asking them to sort out our because the drainage dirty water drains in to the garage and Amish ignored me since 1 and half year ago. In September I paid them to add 2 cameras and they never did and came with excuses and then ignored my calls and messages when I requested my money back. He later sent a portion of the amount 2 days ago and I have been calling him since then but he ignores my calls.

Unauthorized Debit order and Not Refunding money
I cancelled my service with West Rand Reaction Unit due to moving house and confirmed prior to the end of the month that the service has been cancelled and that all fees is up to date, on the 1st of Sep a Debit Order went off, emailed the company and called them as well to confirm on the 2nd of September to be told that the Refund has been sent for processing. now on the 20th of September after numerous emails and phone calls I still have not received my refund and every time I call the Receptionist tells me the Finance Team and the Head of Finance is not in the office or in meetings and actually is astonished that they have not processed the Refund as promised. I did not reverse the Debit Order as I still believe in the good nature of people and to ensure they will stop the Debit Order run from being processed again the following month.

Having had a door to door salesman from west rand reaction unit banging on my gate with a rock to attract my attention and chipping the paint in the process I called the company to express my annoyance. the lady that answered the phone started to listen to me but once I started to complain the line went dead. I called back and the call was answered by a man who said he was in the control room. having explained the problem there was an obvious lack of interest but a possibility of passing on the complaint to the sales department. the telephonic attitude of the 2 people I came into contact with was enough to convince me that, should I be looking to change my security company, this one would not even be on my list.
