I wish I could rate it zero stars!!!!!
Absolutely the worst service I ever received. Paid Tony the 75% deposit in April with assurances that the pool would be renovated within 10 days. 27 days later no where near finished, left exposed wiring where my dog could get to it. Dumped rubble on the plot next door which got us into serious trouble. Left oil marks in my driveway and you cannot speak to him because he is just an awful character that swore and screamed at me and then accused us of not buying materials needed when we had the receipts to prove that we had. Stay away, nothing good can come of working with Tony and West Coast Pools

bad service and no communication
really not good to deal with poor communication and just dont answer calls or make promises to call back but never do . still waiting for our pool cover since ordered 14 april 75% paid but still no cover . how they stay in business beats me . i have given him until 22 nd to supply the cover or refund my deposit .

Excellent
Tony and his team gave me excellent service when fitting my pool. My pool was fitted 2days before the time that was given to me. When I required urgent repairs damage caused by myself Tony was quick to assist with pipe repairs. Thanks again for excellent service. I will recommend Westcoast Pool vredenburg anytime

Not recommended
Unfortunately this business is lacking in several areas. Quality control is poor, commitments aren't met and the owner is difficult to deal with. I have a challenge with his work quality and it isn't being addressed, despite extensive communication. This company isn't recommended.
