Had a very nasty experience at Groote Schuur hospital the food was uneatable, some of the nurse's necklet the patients they restrict visiting times you have no contact with the outside world it was the worst experience of my life, it gave me post-traumatic stress, there's no email address that I can request the reason I was sent to that horrible hospital and not to the one that falls in my area, from there they sent me to Valkenburg where a student interviewed me for the amount of R150 that was paid to me asking me to spit into a bottle and asking me ridiculous questions, I had to sign a form to get the R150, it's a joke that they can study patients in government hospitals for free like we are some kind of Ginni *** then my sister x husband sent me to a treatment center in the forest of Knysna, then covid hit, and I was stuck there and worst of all I can't even find an email address to tell me why they put me through the trauma. would not recommend them rather try and get on to a medical add like discovert

I am placing this on record to highlight a severe governance failure by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB) regarding a R1.1 million dispute (Bet ID 856480145). Despite clear evidence of operator misconduct by Easybet, the WCGRB has failed to exercise its statutory powers, undermining consumer protection in the province. Key Grounds for this Rating: * Failure to Enforce Licence Conditions: The WCGRB allowed an unapproved product, "Hot Safari 50,000," to be offered to the public despite written confirmation from the Western Cape Ministry of Finance that it was not authorized. * Reliance on Void Documents: The Board is improperly treating this matter as "finalised" by relying on a "goodwill settlement" that expired on the 17th. I signed on the 18th, making the document legally null and void, yet the WCGRB uses it to stop their investigation. * Use of Irrelevant Evidence: In declining enforcement action, the WCGRB re**** on "Zygis Test" logs—simulated data from a developer account that had nothing to do with my actual wager. * Extreme Administrative Delay: This matter has remained unresolved for approximately 580 days. This is a direct violation of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA), which requires a lawful, reasoned decision. * Misleading "Clean Audit" Claims: While this investigation into R1,170,000.00 was active and irregularities were known, the WCGRB reportedly represented a "clean audit" to the Provincial Parliament. Conclusion: The WCGRB has chosen to protect an operator over a consumer, ignoring their own rules and South African law. I am calling on the Western Cape executive oversight authorities to step in, ensure a lawful outcome, and hold the Board accountable for this collapse in regulatory integrity.

I want to end domestic abuse, crime through education and knowledge, because many of our kids spend lot of time in drugs because they have nothing to do so I believe keeping them focus on their studies, also help them to close that gap. The few times I have taken the MR 559 road between Saldanha and Langebaan there have been roadworks. This has seemingly gone on for years without end. Gravel from the freshly tarred road surface hits the windscreen. I had to wait some 15 minutes for traffic from the other side.

Review of the Western Cape Provincial Government in South Africa: As a resident and observer of the Western Cape Province in South Africa, I have had the opportunity to witness firsthand the operations and initiatives of the Western Cape Provincial Government. I would like to praise & recommend ALL traffic officers, male and female for the good works & deeds they are doing on the toads and traffic. People should highly respect and trust these officers. Well done to all of them as well as the Western Cape government. Oh my! I wish we had those officers on Gauteng!
