Terrible customer service! (wrong parts)
I paid for parts for a vehicle in full. I spoke to a guy named Terrance. He told me Monday morning it will arrive and i went through coming 35kms away. When I got there, it was the wrong parts. They said come again later and they will have the correct parts. I told him leaving out of town for work so I'm sending my brother to pick up the parts for me. My brother took off from work to come all the way to fetch the parts for me, when he gets there they tell him no they can't do anything because he doesn't have the physical receipt, so I sent him a picture of the receipt and I video called from where I was. And he still gives my brother a hard time. That's poor service, firstly for making me come all the way and having the wrong parts and then doing that to my brother. I'm disappointed to how they treat customers.

Great customer service recieved from Aaron, Well mannered and respectful. I needed help to contact my mechanic regarding a part I was unsure about Aaron asssisted me by walking out down to my vehicle assessed the vehicle and gave me the exact item required,Very patient. Thank you Aaron all the best to you going foward

They Rob you if its a non sock item, don't order from them
BE ALERT AND BE WARNED DONT ORDER AND BUY NON STOCK ITEMS FROM WESTHAM MOTOR SPARES I tool my Sample injector with me to buy a new part, the injector that i wanted was non a stock item that they could supply. upon inspection of the sample i was quoted and payment was made in full. Upon collection the sales person or dispatcher acknowledged that there is a difference with the seating of the communication controller but convinced me it will work. The part will not work as the connector does not make contact when seated. Well that is how they earn they money. Now they want me to pay for an accredited installer to give them a report to rectify they error. yes we do acknowledge that it is cheap shop with inferior quality parts to cater for the less the fortunate,

Pathetic service at Westham garage
Terrible service in the court yard attendants just stood and played on phones didn't fill fuel as I was getting late for work They aren't doing us a favour as we are paying for services

****mers, stay away, 2 months passed and no part. Trevor is the contact person I dealt with and after initial promises have gone quite. Seems there are no trustworthy online 2nd hand car parts dealers anywhere.
