Bad customer service and insanely high prices

I bought a car there with a cracked windscreen, i was told that i can take the car in the meantime and comeback to fix the windscreen later. I went back i was told they can’t replace the windscreen because it doesn’t obstruct the driver’s view. ***

If you take your car to get checked and they give high prices and you reject their quote, they charge you R1200 diagnostics fee for doing absolutely nothing.
