Westvaal motor group polokwane trying to **** me

I received the worst service ever from the westvaal motor group polokwane, I bought a clutch kit from them on Saturday 29 June 2024 only to find the the part was faulty and also had a third party specialist to verify the fault and I returned the part and the sales person Rudolf korff and his manager are giving me a run around instead of resolving or exchange the part I am now stuck with out a car and no solution.
