I ordered a 5 piece with Medium fries on Saturday afternoon via Uber Eats. I received i big piece and 4 small wings with such a few amount-of fries. I was so disappointed and i couldn’t under whether it was because I ordered online, could have been better if I went instore?

Yesterday, I decided to go and shop at Westville Mall. I have always found it a pleasant shopping centre to shop at. WEL!!!!! This was not the case yesterday. I first of all went into Checkers. It was dirty, the products were incorrectly marked, there were products that were not there and the staff didn't even know that they sold them, the products were in the incorrect places, There were products on the shelves and with no prices and none of the staff that were around knew what the prices were. I was busy speaking to a manageress and whilst speaking to her in the middle of my sentence she just started speaking to another staff member, The products in the butchery you had to look all over for. Some of the things I asked for the staff didn't even know that they existed.Oh yes and then while in one of the isles I almost got run over by one of the staff and their trolleys going to put things on the shelf and no apolgy in the least. Then you get to the till and the cashier is too busy speaking to the packer to hear anything you say and just doesn't even greet. THEN!!! I went into Woolworths, WELL!!!! the cashier didn't even greet me and couldn't get me away from her till quick enough!!!! THEN!!!! I went into clicks. Here I once again almost got run over by one of the staff with their trolley's going to fetch goods and no apology, actually just a dirty look from them. I then went to the till and I was standing waiting to get called. I got called, but was never greeted, but the person behind me was greeted in their language. The cashier then had the audacity to ask me to rate his service. THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. when there was actually no service. Then to make matters worse I was going to my car and a car guard came running to me. I asked me where my car was and he didn't know at all, he then followed me to see where I was parked because he wanted money from me. He didn't help me pack my car or anything and when I gave him a tip, he went off without saying thank you and actually didn't even help me out of my parking. I don't think any of my friends or family will be going there again to shop!!!!

Ordered online like i usually do now. Got my order number also opted for the bring to the car option collection but it seems it did not go through, so i went in to pay. waited to pay while you see your cameras for a customer before me who was paying in alot of change so i waited to be served by your cashier who saw me without a mask ready to pay waiting in line. after that i get thru and she tells me i cant tap my card to pay coz of no mask.... easy solution bring the food to my car or bring the card machine outside which is allowed without masks in open public. your consultant doesnt try give solutions because now i cannot walk into the mall to go buy a mask. cache 22 situation. she didnt bother trying to provide a solution like say just stand outside the store and i will bring the card machine to you like you would have if you had to come to my to give me my order. she just said she wont serve me without a mask. take into consideration that this is a collection and we at toyota are around the corner from you guys. now because i do all orders for anyone wanting nandos on my system. i and my staff will no longer support your store. just letting you guys know that we spend a minuim of R750 a day on food and your store is one of our often used stores. you just lost the business of my dealerships business with that service. i coulndt pay so i couldnt collect. thank you guys very much.

The takeaway food at Steers and Debonnairs is Always fresh and tasty. The moms with tots parking is a godsend.

A Big Thank you to Nosipho at the enquiries counter and to Nadeem Sayed (acting Manager) of ABSA Westville mall branch, Durban for their efficient, friendly service. My transaction was done in under 5 minutes. I am a very pleased customer indeed!!!
