Unable to register and stuck in an endless lockout loop

Unable to register and stuck in an endless lockout loop. Tried contacting WhatsApp Support and all I am met with is the same WhatsApp bot regurgitating the same trouble shooting steps over and over again. Every app on my phone that requires an SMS verification code, manages to send me an SMS without issue. But WhatsApp? Oh no, WhatsApp not only sends NO SMS, but they lock you out first a few minutes, then an hour, then 6 hours, then12 hours and now a day. Every single time I have waited long after said amount of waiting time to retry and all I get is NO SMS, and even the call option does not even manage to give me a call. When are you going to realize that there is something wrong with your system and there is NOTHING wrong with my phone. Get me in touch with a human, not some garbage AI trash bot!
