Just a quick message to convey my appreciation to the driver, Colin and his team who delivered a dining room suite to me from Cielo The Sanctuary in Somerset West. I updated my address a few weeks ago upon my purchase, but the store still had my old address on my profile. The delivery guys still came to deliver an hour later and assembled my table and chairs in no time and with a smile, not expecting a tip or token of appreciation, which I did give to them, not only for the service, but also for their attitude. Khaya in customer service is completely useless and tells a bunch of lies to get you off the phone and never bothers returning the call. Management is not much better. Escalated late delivery to managers and they also couldn’t bother phoning back. We had an urgent order and the team couldn’t care less about deadlines and their office closed with our driver waiting outside for the product. A COMPANY THAT CANNOT BE TRUSTED! We paid and didn’t get our item! Next step will be police. Super ***** business

Khaya in customer service is completely useless and tells a bunch of lies to get you off the phone and never bothers returning the call. Management is not much better. StormFox paddle boad from Whaco are of poor quality and Wheco provides no support or customer services. Their paddleboard exploded and ripped apart at seam and unusable after 3 usages. Their customer support people told me to replace it by simply buy a new one from them again at full retail price! They take no accountability formtheir products. defects or poor quality. They do not stand by their products or care about customers. Avoid Stomr fox product and And stores from Wheco group. Shame on them.

one of those moments where you regret buying something from the company. Purchased a stand-in in May 2024 and got delivered a factory faulty one. logged a return and 2 months later they sent a driver without a stand but for collection. how messed up is said, where must I put my belongings?

I the CUSTOMER had to phone around to find out myself where my order was . I called Cielo who gave me the waybill number which by the way was never supp**** to me in any form .Then Wheco phoned me now trying to explain why the delay and told me that the order was only placed on the 20th which in fact I placed and the order online on the 12/06/2024 and it a proceeded on the same day as per the website , so this 20th story is **** . I paid for the delivery but for what ? It's almost 3weeks late. ?????????? What a joke . Then I contact Tritent with the waybill number and was informed that they only got the item yesterday ???????????? I have taken apon myself to go collect the item cause at this rate will only get it next year . Cielo and Wheco or whatever the group is called is useless. This is the worst service I have gotten from Cielo and I won't be buying from them or this group ever again. I will make sure it will be known about the poor service I have gotten .

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Most useless company I've ever dealt with. We bought a massage bed from them but we were not happy with it, they said we can return within 14 days. So we logged a return. They said they would collect the bed. It took 2 weeks for them to collect , I kept calling and everyone was completely clueless. No one is competent in this company to do their job. Then it took another 2 weeks to get a refund only to find out they take R 500 off what you paid. But there was no mention of this at all. Never use this company! Most useless company ever. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Most useless company I've ever dealt with. We bought a massage bed from them but we were not happy with it, they said we can return within 14 days. We ordered a dining room table and it arrived two weeks ago, with all for table legs broken. To this day, nobody has been here to collect it, let alone deliver a replacement. I would NOT recommend Cielo, rather shop elsewhere.

We bough over R100 000 worth of furniture from Cielo. The fist 2 orders was placed 11/12/23. It is now 28 work days later. We have still not received these orders in full. I Placed an additional order online 27/12/23. I have still not received this order 16 days working days after order was placed and paid for in full. I have send 7 e mails to Cielo requesting an ETA, They will repeated respond saying the courier company will advise a day before deliver Which of course does not answer our question. We have no idea when these orders will arrive. The fact that this happed with 3 different orders is indicative of the poor service Cielo / Wheco Group provides Even though Cielo advertises that they will deliver in 7 to 14 days I would discourage anyone from purchasing items from Cielo . Wheco Group
