Excellent service
Mr and Mrs Arendse, I would like to thanks Wayne Swano , Parrow, for the excellent service that was provided. It is most important to mention that from the time inquiry to actual transaction being completed with the end result being the delivery of the vehicle the time period was 8 hours. Never have we ever received such magnificent, efficient and transparency when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Thank you very very much.

Excellent service

Dealer you can trust - with enthusiasm!
After doing extensive research about which used car dealer to trust - I decided to try Wheeltraders in Parow, and guess what - I CHOSE RIGHT. From start to finish everything was done by the book, and with enthusiasm. You can see that the sales guys enjoy their jobs and has a good relationship with their boss - whom by the way, went the extra mile for me - without request. So I say THANK YOU to WHEELTRADERS, for being a dealer that you can TRUST!!

Disappointing service
Wheel Traders is the worse dealership ever. I recently purchased a vw kombi from the company, which was damaged, and the clutch did not work . To say I was very excited would be an understatement, but my excitement was short-lived, I drove the vehicle for a week and it gave me problem after problem. they have no customer service. Please do not buy any vehicle from Wheel Traders, you will be disappointed .

Flabbergasted!!
I want to share my experience with Wheeltraders. I wanted to buy specific car from them, but could not get finance on that model. So they phoned around to see if they could find a newer model for me. They found one at another dealer, bought the car from them and sold it to me. That is really going the extra mile. I asked the sales guy why does he do all this for me, and he simply replied, it's my job and I love what I do... Go give these people a try... see for yourself.

Definitely a GEM!
A friend of mine referred me to this dealer, after I had a few bad experiences. And oh man was I surprised. I Was treated so nice and everyone was so friendly. This is really a hidden GEM. They definitely deserve 5 stars!!!!
