Wheelworx - treat customers like dirt

Summary: The owner of Wheelworx, Zaki Hendricks, made me pay for a tyre he lost, then told me to "**** off". HE ACTS LIKE SCUM AND HIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

My experience, Sept - Dec 2018: I drive a cheap Opel car. Wheelworx fixed a bent rim for me. It appears they replaced my new tyre with an old tyre (!), which I realised in a roadworthy test 3 months later.

The owner, Zaki Hendricks, admitted they had replaced the tyre in error and said they still had the tyre and would replace it. Four working days later he confirmed that they did not have the tyre and that he would not replace it, but pay only for a portion of the value of a new tyre. My portion of the value plus the cost of wheel balancing and alignment cost me more than the original cost of the wheel rim repair.

At the end of our engagement, Zaki Hendricks told me to "**** off".

Zaki made me pay for his error and treated me like dirt.

The man is scum. Avoid.
