White Knight Agency: try making money out of desperate people

Just yesterday got my 4th mail stating I must fax my application to them. Every time is costing me R100 and the fax takes like 3 Hours before going through. I have mailed them to sent me an email address no reply at all. Think this is a money making out of people that is desperate looking and hoping for work. And who work with faxes these days. Email is the thing. Hope there is a way to get rid of this agency. How many people are and still doing the fax, hoping they get the work. I'm done with faxing to them.
