DONT TRUST WHITE LABEL WITH YOUR APPLIANCES

We sent a tv for assessment, they fixed it and **** to my husband that I gave them the go ahead,whereas they didnt even have my numbers,they then brought it back with a scratched screen that clearly wasnt even our screen,we sent it to Sinotec and discovered it was a shell,there was nothing inside.We called the owner,he said he would rectify it,seeing that it wasnt the first time we were unhappy.The TV is back,still with a swrong screen and half of the TV is in a grey shade,we told them this,and all he had to say was,they tested it in the workshop before it was delivered and that we should bring another tv to fix and he will give us a discount..We gave them a fridge to fix earlier in the year and it came back with the thermometer broken.Advice,DONT TRUST WHITE LABEL WITH YOUR APPLIANCES!!!!!
