I'm generally a big fan of Liqui Fruit juice and have been happy with the product. However, I wanted to report an issue with a recent purchase. A few of the boxes didn't have straws and some of the other boxes were empty - there was no juice in them.

I am writing to express my disappointment with LiquiFruit's Pineapple Juice and their lack of customer service. On September 4, 2024, I reported an issue with your product (Reference Number: CR24-08-30). The juice was sour upon opening, which was extremely disappointing for a product that is expected to be fresh and enjoyable. To date, I have received no feedback or resolution from LiquiFruit regarding this matter. This level of service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I opened another bottle of LiquiFruit Pineapple juice this morning, only to find that it was also sour. This is not just a one-off issue; it clearly indicates a quality control problem that needs urgent attention. For a brand that is supposed to represent quality, this experience has been nothing but frustrating. LiquiFruit, your lack of response and failure to address customer complaints reflect poorly on your commitment to your customers. I expect immediate action to resolve this matter and an explanation for both the product's poor quality and the lack of follow-up.

I am deeply concerned about the safety of Liqui Fruit juice, especially in light of the recent reports of food poisoning incidents, some of which have tragically resulted in fatalities. It's extremely worrying that a product from such a well-established company could potentially endanger consumers' health. I’ve tried reaching out to Liqui Fruit for clarification, but unfortunately, I’ve received no response. This lack of communication, combined with the serious safety concerns, is incredibly disappointing. It’s unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation to produce products that may be hazardous to its customers. The health and safety of consumers should always be a top priority, and it’s troubling to see that this has not been addressed adequately.

I honestly thought this mould issue had been resolved. Purchased multiple boxes of Liqui Fruit Juice. My diabetic child was having a sugar low and so she had to drink juice rather quickly to get her sugar levels corrected, only to find some disgusting things in her glass. I cut open the box of Liqui Fruit and low and behold we found multiple clumps of mould at the bottom of the box. Needless to say, she became horribly ill. I've never been more disappointed in a product before. How is this still an issue Liqui Fruit? Expiry date is a year from now -2025. It was opened the day before my child consumed it and kept in a very cold fridge.

Recently found a huge lump of mould in a Liquifruit Berry Blaze 1 litre pack. The expiry date was 2025. I contacted Liquifruit and they just keep sending me a repetitive questionaire about where and when the product was purchased and how it was stored. There is no further information on what their lab results have come with or whether there are any health risks.

Liqui fruit is selling rotten juice. There is an entire batch of their summer pine juice expiring 10.04.2025, that’s rotten being sold everywhere from Zulzi to shoprite and checkers. So disappointed as this is the only juice that I drink but it’s clearly just not safe.

After opening a new 2lt Clear Apple Liqui Fruit we discovered a huge gelatinous lump of mould in the juice and many smaller particles. Reported it to @pioneerfoods. I got an apology letter - no replacement, no voucher no nothing. Please do not support this brand as they do not support their customers and don't care about their potentially poisonous juice hurting children.
