I am extremely frustrated with the way my refund request has been handled by Whitestone College at Newtown Shopping Centre. I was told to wait 14 days for my refund to be processed. It has now been well over 14 days, and I have been calling almost every single day trying to get an update. Each time, I am told that the Finance person is either out of the office or unavailable and that he will call me back. To this day, I have never received a single call from him, nor have I been able to speak to him directly. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I have done everything I was asked to do and have waited patiently, yet I am still being given excuses with no resolution. All I want is my money. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. Please provide a clear response and confirm when I will receive my refund. I will not continue to tolerate further delays.

I regret registering
Very unprofessional, no communication with online students, problems with accessing study material online. Yet they're quick to remind you to make payments. I regret registering for a course at Whitestone college.

****mers in 2025, Whitestone Bloemfontein campus ******* of all time!!!
Arrogant ****mers!!!!, don't waste your hard-earned money on this bunch of unprofessional folks, Whitestone Bloemfontein campus is worst institution you can go try, unprofessional, arrogant, bullying, disorganized, dysfunctional, ******* and *******. I payed a registration fee for course they claimed to offer on their website, My sister went to attend the classes they told her to come after a month, a month later she went then they told her to change the course shes registered for as they are no longer offering that course (National Certificate: Community Health Work NQF Level 4) and we said that is the only course we wished to enroll for in that institution and therefore we cannot change for anything else. They told us that we can walk away because we won't get refunded the registration fee due to their refund policies. I wrote them couples of mails they never responded, and their headquarters situated in Johannesburg didn't respond as well, I decided to write them my last email withdrawing my sister from participation in their crocked institution. all these happened January-March 2025

Careless College!
The worst there is. Very careless with young people's careers and lives. Misspelled my child's names on her certificates, we've been following up since last year until today!!! This means that the child cannot apply for internships or employment, we only have to wait with little to no feedback from them. Cherry on top? The pictures from graduation are still outstanding also. The worst experience for a young life trying to build their lives!

Careless College!
The worst there is. Very careless with young people's careers and lives. Misspelled my child's names on her certificates, we've been following up since last year until today!!! Please don't waste your hard earned money at this college, it's a big **** they claim to have subjects that they don't. The principal is useless doesn't know what his doing and can't even help you. They won't even do the right thing and refund you. A total waste of time and money.

Whitestone college is full of **** the teachers are *********** and the principal is so useless that majority of the students don't even know he exists. They create ****ty timetables and tell students that they're from the department, students are not informed about their progress and they're expected to write many tests. Teachers don't know how to behave with female students they look at students with lustful eyes. One particular teacher ( Maurice Okumu) acts like a pervert. He touches female students and complements them about their bodies. Johannesburg CBD campus female students are supposed to share toilets with male students and teachers. There are no taps with clean water students get drinking water from the toilets. They don't have their own study materials they ask from other schools.

How do I even begin, so I had recently registered for a course I saw on the internet for this college. The website is 100% clean no faults found everything is good. I paid in may to start in 2nd semester. June arrives and its time for 2nd semester. First red flag I get there they tell me that they do not actually start in June but August, I tell them that its impossible I was assured that date and I will on that date ,fine they agreed. I was merged with the class that started in February, Mind you these poor kids from February up to now haven't gotten their full study material 2nd red flag. I attended for 9 days In that 9 days I only got taught by this 1 lecture may God see him through because he really tried to fight the principle for our rights. We were told that there is no money to make bind the copy books they make for us. Mind you on top of the registration fees we are to buy 2 typeks for them to print out books. The school is so dysfunctional, The lectures are confused themselves . One of the lectures even complained a lot to us about how the school functions. Its very untidy, I am not making this up. How I wish I took pictures to support this review. Before I decided to leave trust me when I say no LEANER IS HAPPY THERE, THATS HOW BAD IT IS. After 9 days of the trauma I decided to deregister, They demanded payment for the month of June. They will never see the money, not for poor education Never.
