Don’t book with this company whosting cape royale n canal quays

Whosting has apartments in canal quays and cape royale waterfront Capetown, these guys absolute rubbishes (excuse the language)I made a booking with them on booking.com , I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and requested to pay at the property, but they took my money before hand , they also asked again to update credit card details May b they wanted to take more money out of my account , when the the took payment already , and I never did this , they than cancelled the booking a day befor refuse to pay my money back , they offered me another 1 bedroom apartment which was smelling of paint when I complained of this to the care taker he said he will let them know and I had to check out immediately, none of my calls or emails were responded to , they never refunded my money , I wish I could post there pics on here , the guys name is James this is the number 0614280918 Bunch of cheats and scammers Please becareful of them as booking .com was also unable to get a refund from them Please note they will say this is non refundable but they cancel you apartment, n still do not refund you and if u give some one a place that’s not right you deserve. Refund as well as for the persons emails and calls to be answered They also on Adoga and trivago
