Scam of a company
I'm sadly joining the group of people saying to never order from this company! They don't deliver. Excuse after excuse after excuse, blaming it on the courier, yet I phoned the courier who says they were denied access to the order. As of today they are still claiming they'll attend to my issue but no movement at all. Do not waste your money. I will be pursuing a criminal case against them

Scam of a company

TOTALLY FRAUDULENT institution!
Having ordered and paid for (R 15,820) a 7.2Kw battery as advertised on their Websites front page on th 9th of March 2022, it was virtually impossible to get hold of anyone telephonically on 079 103 0852 or via email: info@whssolargroup.co.za to query my order. Only after opening a case of theft at the Barberton Police station, Case No: CAS 250/3/2022 did they respond. 9 days later I was sent SECOND HAND a battery of only 3.5Kw which was completely damaged and unusable. This company is a TOTALLY FRAUDULENT institution! I will be taking this matter further as they refuse to refund me!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!

WHS SOLAR GROUP - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY
WHS supplied half the capacity of Lithium batteries purchased, apart from the interface LED's not working, communications interfaces not working, no user manuals and complete absence of communication cables, then agreed to provide replacement batteries to make up the shortfall following absolute drain test evidence being supplied to them. The service is terrible as they do not answer the single working telephone number they have, and now up to now still not fulfilled their obligations as well as no longer taking calls from me. In desperation I have now had to follow legal counsel in an attempt to have WHS fulfill on their obligations with performance. In my personal capacity and opinion DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

WHS Solar Group - stay away
I ordered an inverter and lithium battery first. Inverter were new, although not product as on adverti*****t, battery arrived later, looks refurbished/second hand. Spray over *****s and chipped paint. Unfortunately based on inverter and quick delivery, I ordered solar panels before battery arrived. Had to pay Courier Guy more than R800, as size specifications were given wrong by WHS Solar. They asked me to pay and I will be refunded the next day when their finance lady is on duty. Still waiting. Solar panels delivered differ from what I ordered, made in China..no response. Ordered tracks and brackets for corrugated roof, received for tile roof. No address to visit. No feedback.

WHS SOLAR GROUP have unbelievable specials on there Lithium ION batteries. Don't trust them. The quote you receive state there business address as Midrand Industrial Park. Get there and security informs you that they have many guest arriving but there is no such company. Whatapp the number to be told there Warehouse in in 116 Kruger Midrand. Got there only to find Rent a Storage an no more replies from whatsapp number. BE WARNED !!!!!!!!

SCAM this is same campany as wholesale solar and firm solar thay sale battery for good prys and you wil never se it , you will lose your money
