Placed an order on 26 February 2021 with Wiegenkind. Not getting any response on WhatsApp messages or emails. Calls are also not answered, not even WhatsApp calls. Can I at least get a refund? Went on the Facebook page today and see that the profile had been removed, the web site for this business is now also inactive. Seems like all of us have been scammed. Can we contact the ombudsman?
