I bought lap top in 2020 February on special for R3900 and September laptop was not working not switching all. I submitted it to WiFi cooperation because it was still under guarantee.
I went there to check in December and I was told the will call me. They called I was told the laptop is damaged and cost for fixing is R6000 and I need to pay it.
I asked them how can repair be do much and why they didn't explain to me their terms and conditions where product is under warranty.
I went back there in January this year I was told the laptop is booked and offer declined but they don't have it in the shop. They will send email to service provider and call back but they never revert back to me.
I went there again in April and I was told the same story different was the lady who was assisting called the service provider and they said I must pay R900 for them to bring back my laptop and they will contact me how should I pay until today I have not yet get feedback from WiFi coporation and this affecting my son studies as he need laptop.
Please assist
