Warning to other potential shoppers, placed an order with Time Machines managed by Wilberrys on the 15th Jan 2026, its now the 20th. I received an immediate automated email confirming my purchase, but nothing since then. Their phone number is not available, does not ring and their email address rejects incoming mail. So no way on contacting them. I will post an update.

I Bought a watch and a few minutes after paying they contacted me saying the systems price is wrong, and that I hand to pay another amount extra because without it they can't deliver the watch, they are very unfriendly and very bad customer service, definitely never buying here again. Don't recommend.

Requested a refund for a purchase I made a little over 4 weeks ago, and every time i send an update email, I'm given a new refund period and excuse. The item hadn't even left the store when i cancelled the order. Either the employees wired the money to themselves or the store is **** and money laundering front. It's actually quite disheartening because there were a few items on their website that i was eyeing to purchase. I have yet to receive my refund.

I contacted North Edge, hoping for a solution or guidance, but all they could say was to be cautious of "****" watches. This response was not only unhelpful but also insulting, as I had purchased the watch from their authorized dealer, Wilberrys. My attempts to contact Wilberrys for assistance were equally frustrating. They requested that I send the watch back via waybill, but I simply wanted an invoice number before doing so. Despite numerous attempts to reach them, I received no response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Wilberrys or North Edge. The lack of customer support and the poor quality of the product have left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. If you're in the market for a durable and reliable watch, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I bought a smar****ch from Wilberrys as it advertised a blood glucose meter. Before purchasing I emailed them confirming this feature as I am diabetic type 2. Upon receiving the watch I tried out the blood glucose meter and it registered 7 which is excellent. I tested it against my pharmacy bought meter which read 25… It’s given me inconsistent readings between 6 and 12 randomly that have absolutely no correlation to my pharmacy meter, ie; it doesn’t work at all! It’s even buzzed and shown me a reading whilst off my wrist and on the table! Same with the ECG. I’ve emailed Wilberrys now 3 times and messaged them on FB Messenger twice. Guess what? Got your bucks, not interested anymore! The watch is the NORTH EDGE ULTIMA

In November, i bought 3 sets of earrings from Wilberrys. Only 2 were delivered. I have been following up with Bongani, no response. I am disappointed in Willberrys. I feel robbed as i paid for 3 sets.
