Hopeless and ****s wild earth tv
Hopeless and unprofessional. I am asking a question via whatsapp whilst they are live but i am getting no response for weeks. What a waste of a tv show and ****s My number is 0795276325 & i am whatsapping them from this number but no responses

Wild Earth Book
Paid in full for the Wild Earth Book last year. Have not received it despite my sending weekly emails enquiring where it is. A month ago they tell me they had the incorrect address despite me sending them the correct address numerous times, but assured me the book would be delivered in 3 weeks. Well still not received it!!! They just do not respond to emails and have not delivered what I have paid for. THIS IS STEALING!!!!!!!

Wild Earth via TV had a special on for a "Coffee Table Book" which I ordered from them and paid on 7th November 2021 for 2 books R878-00, they confirmed payment was received and would contact me for the shipping address, I tried for months with repeated promises of a follow up, eventually my husband intervened on my behalf. They acknowledged payment and requested delivery address whcih we supplied, they then requested payment of R500.00 for 2 books to be shipped via PNA (which is excessive) they again acknowledged payment and again there is NO DETAIL ON WHEN BOOKS WILL BE POSTED OR TRACKING NUMBERS FOR BOOKS SENT
